Ottobock HealthCare, based in Austin, Texas, hosted Mayor Steve Adler (D-Texas) on Wednesday to meet with Ottobock leadership and employees, according to a press release.
“Ottobock is proud to welcome Mayor Adler to our headquarters,” Andreas Schultz, MBA, regional president and chief financial officer for Ottobock North America, said in the release. “We look forward to sharing our entrepreneurial spirit and rich history of innovation that enables people to be more mobile and independent.”
During the visit, Adler also met with officials from YTEXAS, an organization that connects executives and other corporate officers to companies that have recently relocated to Texas. Ottobock North America relocated to Austin, Texas from Minneapolis in 2014.
