Nabtesco Proteor USA announced the addition of Brad Mattear, LO, CPA, CFo, as its managing director in the United States. In this position, he will be responsible for sales team leadership and driving revenue. He will also contribute to product selection and distributor and out channel relationships, as well as have overall general management responsibilities.
According to a company press release, Mattear joins Nabtesco Proteor USA from Cascade Orthopedic Supply, where he served as Central United States and National Strategic Account Manager. Previously, Mattear was a general manager at O&P1 Central Fabrication and served as midwest territory manager and research and development director at Restorative Care of America. He has more than 15 years of experience in sales and marketing, and has provided technology solutions for fabrication facilities throughout North America.
Mattear has severed as chair for the Technical Program at the National Assembly of the American Orthotic and Prosthetic Association and chairs the ABC Central Fabrication Accreditation committee.
