Clinical Education Concepts has been named a 2015 Solution Provider All Star Award-winner by Constant Contact Inc., according to a recent press release.
The annual award recognizes the most successful 10% of Constant Contact’s customer and solution provider base, the release noted, and recognizes organizations for achievements in leveraging online marketing tools to drive results for an individual organization for its clients.
“We are thrilled to be recognized by Constant Contact every year since 2010 for achieving strong marketing results on behalf of our clients,” Tom McGovern, Clinical Education Concepts managing partner, said in the release. “Constant Contact’s tools have helped us provide our customers with better relationship management services and real-time marketing analytics.”
Criteria used to select recipients this year included level of engagement with email campaigns; open, bounce and click-through rates; use of social sharing features; use of mailing list sign-up tools; and use of reporting tools, according to the release.
“Our Solution Providers are a core extension of our business, helping those small businesses and nonprofits that need guidance and assistance with their marketing,” John Orlando, chief marketing officer of Constant Contact, said. “We are thrilled to recognize Clinical Education Concepts for their commendable achievements in helping their small business customers become better marketers.”
