Hanger Inc. recently filed a notification of late filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission for the company’s quarterly report for the period ended Sept. 30, 2015.
According to the filing, Hanger is unable to file its quarterly report on time “without unreasonable effort or expense.” As noted in the filing, Hanger Inc. needs additional time to prepare its financial statements. The company is still working to complete 2014 annual consolidated financial statements and the audits of those statements.
According to the filing, Hanger Inc. also has not filed quarterly reports for the periods ended Sept. 30, 2014; March 31, 2015; or June 30, 2015, or its annual report for the year ended Dec. 31, 2014. The company noted it cannot provide a reasonable estimate of its results of operations for the most recent quarter.
