BCP Group recently announced it has completed acquisition of Rocky Mountain Artificial Limb & Brace Inc., an O&P provider based in southern Idaho and northern Utah.
“The Rocky Mountain team has been the go-to orthotic and prosthetic care provider to patients across southern Idaho, northern Utah and western Wyoming for many years, and we are proud to associate with such a group,” Eric Neufeld, CPO, managing partner of BCP Group’s Mountain Region, stated in a press release.
Rocky Mountain Artificial Limb & Brace will keep its name and will continue to be led by Bruce Whitbeck, CPO, clinical director.
“As an independent provider, we have worked very hard to stay abreast of current technology and regulations in O&P, but joining BCP Group gives us access to a much larger network of clinical, business and regulatory resources that we can utilize for the benefit of our patients and referral sources,” Whitbeck stated.
The acquisition was funded by existing investors of BCP Group. BCP Group announced a partnership with Creative Technology in May and Beacon Prosthetics & Orthotics in July.
