Fillauer announces new Chattanooga manufacturing facility

Fillauer recently announced the opening of a new manufacturing ceremony with a ribbon cutting ceremony hosted by the Chattanooga Area Chamber of Commerce. The new, 35,000 square foot facility is located at 2880 Amnicola Highway in Chattanooga, Tenn. The company, over the past 4 months, has expanded its O&P manufacturing capabilities and has relocated the former Hosmer division to the new facility.

The Chattanooga Area Chamber of Commerce recognized Fillauer’s “efforts in creating economic growth and commitment to a vibrant business environment” by proclaiming Oct. 1, 2015 “Fillauer Day,” according to a company press release.

Local speakers at the event included Andy Berke, mayor of Chattanooga, and Jim Coppinger, mayor of Hamilton County.
