ReWalk Robotics Ltd. recently announced the appointment of Deborah DiSanzo, MBA, to its Board of Directors, effective immediately. DiSanzo is general manager of Watson Health for IBM.
“We are very pleased to welcome Deborah DiSanzo to our board and draw upon her expertise as a seasoned medical device executive and leader in our industry as we work to expand our commercialization efforts for the ReWalk exoskeleton and build shareholder value,” Larry Jasinski, MBA, ReWalk CEO, said in a press release.
“Deborah is a respected industry leader whose depth of global operational expertise will bring valuable insights as we look to expand our global footprint and bring the hope of walking again within reach of more individuals around the world,” Jeff Dykan, MBA, Rewalk board chairman, said.
DiSanzo worked as CEO of Philips Healthcare from 2012 to 2014, and formerly held the following positions at Philips: CEO of Patient Care and Clinical Informatics; CEO of Healthcare Informatics and Patient Monitoring; and general manager of Patient Monitoring. She received a bachelor’s degree from Merrimack College and an MBA from Babson College.
