O&P News has announced the creation of the O&P News 175 – an elite group of 175 professionals identified as leading innovators in the field of orthotics and prosthetics.
The list recognizes movers and shakers impacting the profession through innovation, pursuit of knowledge and commitment to improving patients’ lives. Members named to the inaugural edition will be revealed at the upcoming American Orthotic and Prosthetic Association (AOPA) National Assembly in San Antonio.
“O&P News has exciting plans for the year ahead. We look forward to this announcement and working with this select group to help bring a broader scope and focus to readers. It is another step in our ongoing commitment to the entire O&P community,” Joan-Marie Stiglich, ELS, chief content officer of SLACK Incorporated, the publisher of O&P News, said.
Members will be invited to contribute ideas and guide editorial content for the publication. They are also part of a network of sources contacted for story ideas and interviews.
The list will be unveiled at the O&P News exhibit booth #607 at the AOPA National Meeting, Oct. 7-10, 2015. It will also be displayed in the Fall 2015 issue of O&P News and on OandPNews.com. The O&P News 175 will be published annually in O&P News and special events for members will be announced throughout the year.
