The Amputee Coalition recently announced two of its National Limb Loss Resource Center staff members have earned Certified Information and Referral Specialists certifications.
According to a press release, Christina Johnson, MS, Resource Center manager, and Keith Canady, Resource Center specialist, were certified by the Alliance of Information and Referral Systems (AIRS), a professional credentialing program. Both of their certifications specialize in aging and disability.
“We are so pleased to announce that our two dedicated staff members, Christina and Keith, are committed enough to their job and to the mission of the Amputee Coalition to earn this special credential,” Susan Stout, president and CEO of the Amputee Coalition, said in the release.
Johnson and Canady work in the Amputee Coalition’s Knoxville, Tenn., office.
