The American Orthotic and Prosthetic Association has pledged to become a silver level sponsor for the Orthotic and Prosthetic Activities Foundation in 2015.
The financial support will enable further development of introductory level adaptive recreation for those facing physical and mobility challenges according to a press release.
“The [American Orthotic and Prosthetic Association] AOPA is pleased to support the vital programs Orthotic and Prosthetic Activities Foundation (OPAF) provides for our limb loss and limb impaired population,” Thomas F. Fise, AOPA executive director, stated. “This support reflects the concerns and the dedication of our entire AOPA membership.”
