Plastics provider Curbell Plastics Inc., of Orchard Park, N.Y., announced it has acquired O&P Enterprises Inc., based in Gurnee, Ill.
“As we continue to increase our market presence, we are committed to invest in our facilities, equipment and people to provide the best services to the region,” Gerry Helbig, president of Curbell Plastics, stated in a press release. “The acquisition further expands the reach of Curbell Plastics’ specialized customer service and broad product line for O&P.”
O&P Enterprises, which has served the O&P industry for more than 40 years, will become one of Curbell’s 17 sales and distribution facilities throughout the United States. The acquisition will allow Curbell to provide exclusive products, local inventory and expertise to O&P customers.
