Orthotic Holdings Inc. has acquired the Australian Orthotic Group, an orthotic distributor serving the Australian and New Zealand markets, according to a company press release.
Paul Linton, president and founder of the Australian Orthotic Group (AOG), has joined the senior management team at Orthotic Holdings Inc. (OHI) as vice president of international sales.
“By leveraging OHI’s extensive cross-brand product offerings, AOG is better positioned than ever to service our existing client base while exploring new opportunities,” Linton stated in the release. “We have the freedom and leverage now to establish ourselves as the leader in custom lower extremity products across all of Australasia.”
OHI provides lower extremity DME technologies for health care professionals across North America, Europe, Australia and New Zealand.
