Clinical Education Concepts LLC announced it has been granted approved provider status by the American Occupational Therapy Association Inc., allowing the provider to offer continuing education courses to occupational therapists nationwide.
The American Occupational Therapy Association (AOTA) approved provider status demonstrates Clinical Education Concepts’ ability to meet established AOTA criteria and guidelines for the development and delivery of CE activities that are relevant to occupational therapists. Only AOTA approved providers are authorized to assign AOTA continuing education units to CE activities they offer. Clinical Education Concepts’ approval as an AOTA approved provider reflects the strong commitment the CE provider has made to meeting the needs of occupational therapists and occupational therapy assistants for ongoing learning and professional development.
“Using therapeutic techniques and interventions, OTs help people across the lifespan participate in the essential activities of daily living,” Elizabeth Mansfield, vice president of Clinical Education Concepts, stated in a press release. “Occupational therapy is experiencing incredible growth as a profession, in terms of both its size and its standards. With this new AOTA approval, Clinical Education Concepts clients can continue to meet the professional continuing education needs of occupational therapists.”
