Engineered Silicone Products, LLC in Newton, N.J. has hired Matt Doering as sales manager. bringing over 15 years experience in the management of O&P sales and customer service.

Doering has more than 15 years experience managing O&P sales and customer service. He replaces Janet Lazer, who retired from the company after more than 17 years of service.
