Adaptive Moto X racing will return to the summer X Games in Los Angeles after a 2-year hiatus.
The invited athletes for the adaptive race include Max Gomez, Steve Howe, Chris Ridgway, Mike Schultz, Todd Thompson, Dave Turner and Jim Wazny. The riders will complete six laps of the course that includes a series of jumps, whoops and rollers.
The race will be held on Saturday, August 3 at the Staples Center in Los Angeles and will be broadcast on ESPN beginning at 10:30 p.m. EST.
