The Orthotic & Prosthetic Activities Foundation currently seeks nominations for individuals who would like to serve the O&P community on its board of directors.
Board members serve a 3-year term and are required to attend at least one of the two in-person board meetings held in conjunction with the American Orthotic & Prosthetic Association National Assembly and the American Academy of Orthotists & Prosthetists Annual Meeting. Directors are also expected to be vitally involved in the ongoing work of the Orthotic & Prosthetic Activities Foundation (OPAF) and First Clinics with introductory-level adaptive recreation and to take an active role with fundraising efforts.
Nomination materials are due to the OPAF office by Aug. 15. For more information, nomination materials and instructions, visit www.opafonline.org/about.
