The American Orthotic & Prosthetic Association (AOPA) invites O&P students and residents to present research findings or a particular case study via a poster presentation at the 2013 O&P World Congress to be held Sept. 18-21 in Orlando, Fla.
The best orthotic abstract submitted will receive the Otto and Lucille Becker Award and the best prosthetic abstract submitted will receive the Edwin and Kathryn Arbogast Award. Winners will receive a $500 cash award, show registration, airfare to the Congress and hotel accommodations. To qualify, the main author must be a baccalaureate or master’s level student or a resident at a qualified patient care facility. Abstracts will not be considered for ether award if they have been previously presented, published or are currently submitted with pending decision on acceptance elsewhere.
