Coyote Design & Mfg., Boise, Idaho, announced it has purchased an interest in Boise Prosthetic Orthotic Inc.

This close partnership will allow Coyote Design to observe the clinical challenges that practitioners face as well as documentation, billing, and outcomes practices.

“This wasn’t our original plan, but we think the partnership will be valuable for both companies,” Matt Perkins, Coyote director of marketing, stated in a press release. “Strategically, Coyote Design is not looking to expand the patient care beyond the Boise area. The practitioner/owners that are hired will be in control of the growth and expansion. Coyote Design will continue to focus on product development and making sure current and future products are scalable for small and large patient care operations, and are suited for in-house and central fabrication.”
