The Welcome to Round 1 Recompete webcast, along with a transcript, provides background information on the program and information about the educational resources available to assist in participating. Future webcasts will provide information on financial documentation requirements, general bidding requirements, how a bid is evaluated and how to submit a bid in the online bidding systems, DBidS.
