Registration is now open for all suppliers interested in participating in the Round 1 Recompete of the Medicare Durable Medical Equipment, Prosthetics, Orthotics and Supplies Competitive Bidding program, according to a press release.
All suppliers interested in bidding in the Round 1 Recompete must register in the Individuals Authorized Access to the CMS Computer Services (IACS) online application to receive a user ID and password that will allow access to the online Medicare Durable Medical Equipment, Prosthetics, Orthotics and Supplies (DMEPOS) Bidding System (DBidS). You must register even if you registered during a previous round of the competition.
Registration closes on Friday, October 19 at 9 pm ET. If you are interested in registering, visit the Competitive Bidding Implementation Contractor website at www.dmecompetitivebid.com, click on Round 1 Recompete and then click on ‘registration is now open’ above the registration clock.
