Bidding for the Round 2 and national mail-order competitions for the Durable Medical Equipment, Prosthetics, Orthotics and Supplies Competitive Bidding Program will end on Friday, March 30 at 8:59 p.m. EST. All bids must be submitted through the online bidding system, DBidS, and all required hardcopy documents must be received by the Competitive Bidding Implementation Contractor on or before March 30.
All bids must be submitted under the user ID received during registration. Before completing a bid, the authorized official or backup authorized official must approve the Form A and certify the Form B, or the bid cannot be evaluated.
Bidders participating in the mail-order competition for diabetic testing supplies must complete and submit the National Mail Order 50 Percent Compliance form. Only one form should be submitted per bidder number, and the form must be received along with all of the other required hardcopy documents before March 30 to qualify.
Suppliers who submitted financial documents by the Covered Document Review Date will receive an email about the status of their financial documents by May 14. If any documents are missing, suppliers are required to submit them within 10 business days of receiving the letter.
