Registration is now open for the 2012 Annual Meeting of the Association of Children’s Prosthetic-Orthotic Clinics. The meeting will be held from April 11-14 at the Banff Centre in Banff, Alberta, Canada.
Participants can attend lectures and presentations about new ideas, methods and techniques for treating children with limb deficiencies. They will also have the opportunity to clinically evaluate and interact with new research and present challenging cases and creative solutions.
Continuing education credits have been applied for through the American Board for Certification in Orthotics, Prosthetics and Pedorthics, but the number of credits has not been determined yet. Continuing medical education has been applied for from the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education through joint sponsorship with the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons.
