WillowWood, located in Mt. Sterling, Ohio, was recognized by the Columbus Business First newspaer as one of the top 50 places to work in central Ohio for the second year in a row, according to a company press release.
It was also ranked among the top 10 medium-sized companies, 100-499 employees, to work for in central Ohio.
The “Best Places to Work” survery focuses on employee morale, engagement and retention. After WillowWood was nominated for the award, employees completed an online survey focusing on workplace issues such as communication, benefits, company leadership, staff unity and team dependability.
“This has been an insightful and rewarding experience beyond the recognition WillowWood has received,” Dave Curits, director of human resources at WillowWood, stated in the release. “As a result of our participation last year we added flex time as a benefit and have received very positive employee feedback.”
