OPAF and The First Clinics hosted a First Volley Adaptive Tennis Clinic for amputees and physically challenged patients at the Shriners Hospitals for Children–Northern California. According to a hospital press release, OPAF, supported in part by a grant from the United States Tennis Association, hosted the First Volley Clinic in Sacramento on November 19.
Another First Volley Clinic for Shriners Hospital Philadelphia is scheduled for January 14 from 3 pm to 5 pm at the Cherry Hill Racquet Club in Cherry Hill, NJ. Registration is due by January 6. For more information, contact Robin Burton, OPAF executive director, at rlb@opfund.org.
