Harry Browne |
Trulife has named Harry Browne, CP as the director of prosthetic development. In this position, Browne will present educational courses throughout the year and assists Trulife’s research and development team with the development and evaluation of new products.
Before joining Trulife, Browne practiced as a certified prosthetist for 26 years. He earned his bachelor’s degree in London in 1984 and practiced in Portsmouth, London and Liverpool, England before becoming practice manager in Wrexham, North Wales. During his 12 years as senior prosthetist and practice manager in Wrexham, he provided external guest lectures at Salford University O&P program in Manchester and the orthopedic training hospital in Shropshire. Browne moved to the United States in 2005 to work as the director of prosthetics for Hanger Prothsetics & Orthotics in Pittsburgh. He also actively taught at the University of Pittsburgh for their master’s degree program in prosthetics and orthotics.
