Ossur Americas has named Amanda Miller as the company’s director of sales, prosthetics and government accounts. Miller assumes responsibility for managing all domestic sales activities and overseeing the company’s team of sales professionals who serve prosthetists throughout the United States. She was previously the director of national accounts and new business development for Ossur Americas.
“We are pleased to have Amanda in this important new role and look forward to her continued contributions as we further enhance our focus on serving prosthetics professionals nationwide,” Lou Ruggiero, vice president of sales and business development, Ossur Americas, stated in a company press release.
Prior to joining Ossur, Miller worked at Medela, where she focused on sales, marketing and product development in the neonatal care arena. She also spent several years specializing in global business and product development for DuPont. She earned her bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering from Virginia Tech.
