Trent Waggoner, an amputee from Indiana, has submitted a design to include the Knoxville, Tenn.-based Amputee Coalition’s logo to Toyota Racing’s “Sponsor a Car” Program. The design receiving the most votes will be placed on a NASCAR race car.

Waggoner’s Amputee Coalition design includes several facts about limb loss: 2 million Americans are now living with limb loss; 507 people lose a limb each day; and 60% of amputations are preventable.
