John G. Craig, CPO/LPO, FAAOP, FISPO, recently brought his prosthetic and orthotic expertise to Brownwood, Texas, where he opened “AA” Prosthetic Services Inc.
In this area of the state, O&P services previously were available only part-time or by traveling 75 miles or more to get them. Based on a regional medical center in Brownwood, Craig decided that people with temporary or permanent physical disabilities needed to be able to obtain these services through a local provider, available 5 days a week.

He now will provide O&P services to patients within a 50 to 75 mile radius of Brownwood.
Craig served as an elected board member of the International Society for Prosthetics & Orthotics in 2001 and worked on an international research project completed in 2002.
He stated in a press release that he would like to complete his O&P career in the slower pace of a rural setting.
