“James has a tremendous amount of experience coming from a very busy and large hospital [Cleveland Clinic],” Cindy Diener, CPO at Cascade P&O’s Ferndale, Wash. office, stated in a press release. “His skills and experience will help us continue to grow our Ferndale practice. We are glad to have the help here at Cascade and we welcome James to our practice.”
After working as a clinical practitioner at Cleveland Clinic in Cleveland, Ohio for the past 19 years, Redhed began working at Cascade P&O on September 7. He is certified in both prosthetics and orthotics. Although his practice at the Cleveland Clinic was comprehensive, Redhed’s particular areas of specialty were the functional management of deformed limbs, education, resident training and unusual clinical cases.
James, who is originally from Seattle, earned his bachelor of science degree in prosthetics and orthotics from the University of Washington.
“Because of the nature of our work, I am often away from Cascade P&O for clinics and training seminars,” Diener stated. “Having James on board will reduce the waiting time for patient appointments, as well as allow patients the opportunity to choose a clinician. We can now offer two full-time CPOs and one part-time certified orthotist at our Ferndale office. We are so happy to have James join Cascade so we can fully serve our patients and our community.”
