OrPro, Inc. and Prosthetic Care, Inc. announced the merger of the two
companies effective July 31. The combined companies operate fourteen patient
care facilities, two central fabrication centers, one central billing operation
and a central administrative office.
“We believe that by combining these two solid companies we are in a
much stronger position to facilitate future growth,” Michael Hamontree,
president of OrPro, stated in a press release. “Our goal is to identify
external growth opportunities through acquisition as well as expansion into
underserved markets adjacent to or near our current markets.”
