Endolite and SPS announced they have modified their distribution agreement by designating SPS as its sole distributor within the United States, according to a press release.
“SPS has been a strong partner of Endolite’s for many years and we are excited about forging a closer relationship. Their distribution model combined with excellent customer service is a natural fit for the growth of our business,” Chris Nolan, Endolite vice president and general manager, stated in the release.
All Endolite products may be purchased through any of SPS’ four distribution centers in Georgia, Texas, California and Pennsylvania as well as through Endolite directly.
“We are pleased to have been chosen by Endolite as its sole distribution partner here in the United States. We have had an excellent relationship in the past and look forward to being an integral part in Endolite’s continued growth and success in the United States in the future,” Ron May, president and chief operations officer of SPS, stated.
