Hanger Prosthetics and Orthotics Inc. recently announced promotions and
new practitioners to several of its offices.
Promoted to area practice manager for Hanger’s patient care centers
in the Longview, Wash. area, Timothy Zanas, CP, has dedicated more than 15
years to providing patient care. He received his bachelor’s degree in
prosthetics and orthotics from the University of Washington and completed his
prosthetic residency with Novacare in Sacramento, Calif. in 1996.
Avery Hammonds, CO, joined Hanger’s Gainesville, Ga. patient care
center. Hammonds received her associate’s degree from Georgia Highlands
and her bachelor’s degree from the University of Georgia. She also
completed the orthotic and prosthetic certificate program at Northwestern
University.
Ruben Rodriguez, CPed, joined Hanger’s Encino, Calif. patient care
center. Rodriguez brings more than 20 years of patient care to his new
position.
Joining the Philadelphia patient care team as a staff practitioner,
Michelle Slider, CP, brings more than 15 years of patient care experience to
Hanger. Slider received her bachelor’s degree from Wesley College in
Dover, Del. and her prosthetic certificate from Florida International
University.
