Physiotherapy Associates announced the opening of a new clinic location
in Honey Brook, Pa. known as The Rehab Center – Honey Brook. The clinic
offers a comprehensive range of physical therapy services, as well as direct
access to a licensed physical therapist without a physician referral. This
location marks the 9th start-up physical therapy facility for Physiotherapy
Associates in the past 6 months, and helps broaden the number of clinics in the
state of Pennsylvania to 88.
Leading the physical therapy services at the new clinic is Kim Harris,
MSPT, ATC. Harris has been a physical therapist for 9 years, graduating from
Boston University with a bachelor of science in athletic training, and Widener
University with a master’s of science in physical therapy.
“Our newest clinic in Honey Brook allows us to expand our footprint
for high-quality physical therapy services. By combining outstanding clinicians
with new facilities, Physiotherapy Associates allows millions of our patients
to lead healthier lives,” Pete Grabaskas, PT, chief operating officer of
Physiotherapy Associates, said in a news release.
In addition to the clinic’s physical therapy services, The Rehab
Center – Honey Brook specializes in sports medicine, orthopedics,
pediatric athletics, spine and joint mobilization, geriatrics, industrial
rehabilitation and work hardening, as well as sacroiliac and TMJ dysfunction.
“I promote a team approach where the physician and physical
therapist work together to set a plan of care for each of our clients and their
specific needs. I take pride in seeing my clients achieve success in getting
back to work, back to their favorite hobbies, or just improving their quality
of life,” Harris stated.
