Officials from Ossur Americas announced the promotion of three members of the prosthetic management team.
Jeff Gilbert was promoted to director of customer service – prosthetics. He began his career with Ossur 12 years ago when he worked with Flex Foot and has been an integral member of the customer service team since the acquisition by Ossur.
Mike Magill was promoted to the director of product management – prosthetics. Magill has more than 25 years experience in the health care industry in the areas of both sales and product management. He began his Ossur career as a regional sales manager for Generation II more than 3 years ago and transitioned into product management a 2 years ago. He has played a pivotal role in the successful launch of the Ossur Bionic platform.
Tabi King was promoted to the director of marketing – prosthetics. She joined Ossur 2 years ago after spending 8 years as a director of marketing in a prosthetics patient care facility and 5 years as the director of programs and development for the Challenged Athletes Foundation where she currently sits on the board of directors. Since joining Ossur, King has played a critical role in the development and effective execution of all marketing-related activities.

Don Foley, Jr. has become an owner of Cailor Fleming Insurance in Youngstown, Ohio effective Jan. 15. He was offered the opportunity by the current owners, Jeffrey Michalenok and Trent Cailor.
Foley has been an account executive with Cailor Fleming since 2001 in its commercial lines department with his primary focus on the O&P industry and other related industries. He is an active member of the Youngstown Rotary, serves on the board of the Neil Kennedy Clinic and belongs to both the Dover Club and the YSU Penguin Club. Formerly, Foley was vice president and general manager of Foley Medical, a family-owned business. Foley, his wife and their two daughters reside in Canfield, Ohio.
Cailor Fleming formed in 1918 and started insuring the O&P industry in 1993 and now are the second largest provider of insurance coverage for the profession.
